Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer returns. However, here at Critter Kin we are committed to your satisfaction. If your order arrived & there are any issues, please contact us using the following form so the issue may be addressed.

Shipping.

Since Critter Kin is a small business, orders may take a little more time to be fulfilled and shipped out so we ask for your patience. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information available. Orders will typically be shipped each week on Mondays. If you place your order before Monday, 8am CT, US then your order will be shipped out that week. However, if your order is place after this time, it may not be shipped out until the following Monday.
