  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

  • At this time, we do not accept returns of any items purchased.

  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded.

  • By commissioning artwork from Critter Kin, you agree to the terms outlined in this section and any specific agreements made clear within the commission contract.

  • Critter Kin retains copyright ownership of the commissioned artwork; the client receives a personal use license or limited commercial license for the commissioned artwork, as agreed upon in the contract.

5. Intellectual Property:

  • All content on this website, except stock images, is the property of Critter Kin and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This includes any designs, images of products, and text.

  • Any content shared via newsletter (images of artwork, designs, and text) is the property of Critter Kin and is also protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • Critter Kin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
